Noble Methodology, LLC was created by Rick Perry, an experienced Program Manager / Senior Cyber Security Engineer and Retired Senior Chief Warrant Officer with a TS / SCI Security Clearance offering 23 years of proven experience in the United States Army and the DoD Contract sector. Rick Perry has supervised and managed the operation of information networks and associated personnel from the Senior Executive Service (SES), 4 Star Command, and at both the local area and wide area network level. He has also obtained a comprehensive background in Joint Cyber Training and Special Operations in domestic and global environments.
